It's time for the free imagination show at the Visual Art Exchange!  The April exhibition at the Visual Art Exchange is Unfettered -- which means free and unrestrained. Artists were encouraged to let their imaginations run wild for their submissions to this "no theme or media restrictions" show.  The list of artists and their works accepted into the show have been published, and the works will be unveiled for the First Friday Reception at the VAE, from 6:00-9:00 pm, April 6.

The Triangle Commercial Association of REALTORS® (TCAR) presents its President's Frontier Awards this Thursday, March 1, at the Caroilna Country Club, and we are excited about being there. Celito is the organization's newest Chairman sponsor, and is looking forward to honoring their top dealmakers and community leaders in the Triangle.  (And we love that Ron Francis is the guest speaker at the event.)

More than 400 community leaders, art lovers, and city officials gathered February 4 at the For the Love of Art Auction, the biggest fundraiser of the year for our friends at the Visual Art Exchange. We'd love these guys even if they weren't our clients, but being able to help them with their IT is a bonus.

In two weeks, on January 18, commercial real estate professionals from around the Triangle will gather for the 27th Annual Triangle Commercial Real Estate Conference at the RBC Center, and celito is proud to have been invited as one of only eight partners at the event.

The North Carolina Museum of Art is proudly exhibiting Rembrandt in America through January 22, 2012, and celito is equally proud to be part of the event. The NCMA is the only East Coast venue for this exceptional show, featuring works from across the United States. More than five years in the making, it is the largest collection of Rembrandt paintings ever presented in an American exhibition and the first major exhibition to explore in depth the collecting history of Rembrandt paintings in America.

After five years of successfully growing until it was just about to bust out of its walls in downtown Raleigh's City Market, the Visual Art Exchange made its move. In September, the non-profit gallery and artist association opened the doors to its new space across town on W. Martin Street.  The new gallery is four times larger than the former gallery, giving the VAE a lot more room to play.

Celito was happy to once again sponsor the Greater Raleigh Convention and Visitors Bureau's Annual Meeting, which this year focused on how Greater Raleigh’s hospitality sector can change the game for area visitors.  Celito Founder Sharat Nagaraj introduced the panelists and topics for the morning strategy sessions, in which celito also participated. Strategy sessions centered on the topic of the benefits of sustainable tourism for local hospitality partners, and were hosted by GRCVB's marketing, IT, communications, groups services, and sales and sports marketing teams.
